Chinese is a big language, can we see it's forum in the index page

Yes chinese is a big language

though there is not much translations request, that's why it has been put in the other languages forum. We'll move it out when translation request are numerous

I admit I have to totally rethink the index page, though I would have to classify the languages, and i don't like this idea at all
