Database error-for the administrator of this site.

Hi,I am Rakesh.
Many times while accessing this site,I get an error message called "database error " . It happens atleast once a week.They say the solution is to mail the administrator ie to bernhard@berberber.com . its happening frequently these days. Definitely this problem appears to be server side.Please attend 2 this problem and do the needfull to rectify it.
Here,I am attaching the error message as a notepad attachment.
Also,please inform me why this happens..?

This is a server error, you cannot do anything until I rebooted the machine...

Ok,then it might be a frequent problem faced by v-bulletin 4ums I guess.but,can u tell what might the possible cause..? if its not 2 much

This is because I am not a server Guru, and that a server guru would need to create a little software to check if the database is running, and if not to restart the server ( or fix the problem) , no problem, you are welcome
