closure of the thread!!!

Can anyone tell me how to close a thread.
I have got the answers I needed and now I would like to close a topic...but don't know how...any ideas?

I am not sure whether members can do it. Try "thread tools" top right of the discussion box on the webpage then close thread.

Not working, there is no option to close it...

which probably means that the option has been unactivated for members
