The best way to overcome blues?! Any ideas?!

Watch a movie like "Singing in the rain" That will clearly change your attitude and lift your spirits!

Also, hang around people that are mostly optimistic and positive about life (like me) ja ja!

We have to enjoy every living moment, like the film said It truly is a Wonderful Life!

I am convinced of that. I love everyone!!!

i've been down with the blues for along timee... and finally i came out of it. what i did for myself was to find out the reason why i am feelin so down and went to change it. so i realised i ddnt like my job, i was working too long and too hard but i didnt enjoy what i was doing.. and was in a bad mood every day. it affected the pppl ard me, and they were so worried. when i made the decision to change job, i became happier and life seems brighter and not so gloomy. so, maybe for u this advice will help?

That is so true! I also worked at a place that was so bad for the soul. I was sort of lucky they laid me off! The company was going through many changes and most of the employees had a very negative attitiude and were backstabbing each other and creating bad gossip, etc. After I left I took my time finding something better. One day I get a call and interview for 2 hours and my new boss was so great and optimistic and the company is wonderful. Then one good thing kept happening after another. I have met many wonderful new people since and I have become more known around the city. Even last night I met many new friends and was on local TV! See you can become a new person and have a new outlook on life. Just keep busy and meet new people, that what it's all about!

good ideas but I can't change my school.....yes....I'm still a student....but this is not my reason of blues...I just can't stop thinking about person, who I is quite important to me....yeap....

I had the same problem(maybe ,still have...)i always looked negative through everything.Sometimes,i even hated my innocent little brother because of my unnecassary and silly blues.
Then,i found myself another things like to do like sports,music.For example,i discovered this site and had friends.I changed some of my friends or tried to do as if they werent there.Then,i fall in love

They really worked.Now,i am happier.Of course,i have some hopeless spaces inside of me.But it is so hard to make anything perfect.
