In general, they're down-to-earth people and quite talkative. Actually, regardless of the people under consideration, I believe that we might have our own culture each and do things differently, but in the end, we are all very much alike in respects that may not be so obvious at first sight.

the beauty about the french language is that it is very polite. there's always a 'bonjour', 'salut', 'ca va', 'au revoir' at the beginning or at the end of a conversation... so i think the language affects the behaviour of its ppl and so i think that generally, the french are a nice bunch!

I love the French!
My dream is to visit France one day. I am a big history and architecture fan so I plan to see as many Cathedrals and Basilica's as possible. I must see Lourdes most definetely! Then there is the artwork! I could go on and on! I am sure the ladies are beautiful too! Hee hee Ciao, Cinema!

Hello,
To speak French (I am not excellent, but good) is something special for me. It is pretty difficult to study but when you like something is no problem to do it. French people: good looking men with charm, green eyes and dark hair. As you say also, very polite. I love them! Natasha

LOL yes they are charming and polite but this leads to superficial behaviour as well ...
the old "form or content" problem... if you invite a french for dinner and he says yes Tuesday you still don't know which tuesday  ...
