Well,it depends on the music style of people ,i think.if you always listen rock music or nu-metal ,you think that it has erotic parts.To me,nu-metal is sensual,because i usually listen that kind of ones.Also erotism of a song is about its lyrics and what you mention in it.

i think like that....
