Hey everyone! I speak Russian, English and can more or less impart my thoughts in German. I'm really keen to take up French one day. Did any of you guys ever consider learning or actually learn Esperanto? Just want to know your opinion on how it feels

My native language is Russian.
I speak English and Chinese (Putonghua (AKA Mandarin)) well enough, as well as not bad Armenian. Besides, as native speaker of Russian, I can understand the main idea of texts, written in Slavic languages (e.g. Bulgarian, Byelorussian, Croatian, Czech, Polish, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, and Ukrainian). I speak Dutch as my native language and English as my second language.
At school I am learning French, German, Ancient Greek and Latin (but I can definitely NOT speak the last two). And I am learning Spanish because I just love the sound of it - but I'm not very good at it yet... I know some words in random languages but not enough to have a conversation.

I am of Slovenian ancestry and I live in Germany.
My mother tongues are Slovenian and obviously German. Besides these I speak Serbo-Croat and English. In the future I want to learn a lot of languages, exactly Hindi, Spanish, Russian and some minor useable languages. I hope on a well exchange of messages in this forum. |
