Translation softwares aren't based on mathematics. Artificial Inelligence is. And as said before you can't use mathematics in a translation software. Then you can use none of the AI mathematic rules to create an automatic translator. I'll try to get some doc and translate them in less technical terms so you can figure out how it exactly works.
