My office is planning a trip to Hawaii in April. There are 12 of us going and my boss is planning on renting 2 condos that each sleep 6 people. Is there some type of law that protects me from having to share a room/bed/ and bathroom with my co-workers? This seems completely inappropriate to me and is making me extremely uncomfortable. What rights to I have?

Wow, your Boss is paying for your whole office to go to Hawaii and you're complaining because you have to share a room? Either suck it up, or don't go. It's that simple. There is no law that says you have to have your own room.

There wont be any law stating this as wrong, as you are not going officially and have all the right to refuse to go at any time. Try to go there and build a better relationship with your co-workers and your boss.
