息徒蘭圃，Rest my Journey in a land of Flowers
秣馬華山。Feed my Horse at the foot of Mt Howa.
流磻平皋，Shoot my Arrow from the plain Wetland
垂綸長川。Bend my Hook to the long River.
目送歸鴻，Fix my Eyes on the homewards Swans
手揮五弦。Fly my Hands over the five Strings.
俯仰自得，Avoid my Worry from wavy Life
遊心太虛。Free my Heart in the never World.
嘉彼釣叟，Praise the Fisherman on the Water
得魚忘筌。Gain the Fish but Lose the Tool.
郢人逝矣，Regret my Friends precedent
誰與盡言。Who will Understand me with a Talk?
