raudo = rushing, it means that the river is flowing very fast to reach the sea , so it's rushing to it, also note that desemboca ( desembocar) means flowing into...and not joins, so if you translate the whole sentence it would be " the yellow river rushes over the sea, or the yellow river is rushing over the sea.

but as a word-word style, I would prefer below as a whole:

raudo here I have corrected that raudo is waving, because its root raudo as a noun means wave, so the present participle of raudar to be raudo is equal to waving.
This opinion is made when I surfed the forums of spanish and someelse also used this word and then I noticed that it means wave. so I hereby correct it.

Raudo = Waving
