the title should have been: How to start learning English?

this should have been: if I want to start learning English and continue learning it, what should I do?

Here is what I think -->

I believe that you should first buy a book for learning English , I think you will find many in any book store you go to, and then as you read in your book you will get to learn more and more, and if you have any question, you can ask here and I will be happy to answer you, this is just a start, I think that you need to focus on three things : grammar, vocabulary and spelling, you need a book to learn the first two, and for spelling, you need to practice and you will do great :-) actually practicing is very important, chatting in English can be so good too, it will make you use what you learn and make it stick in your mind.

In Arabic I said:
2a3taqed anna 3alayka sheraa2 ketaab leta3llom al-elgleezeyya awwalan, 2a3taqed annaka satajedo al-katheer fee ayy ma7al lebay3 al-kotob, wa ba3da dhalek wa men khelaal qeraa2atek sawfa tata3allam 2akthar wa akthar, wa edha kana 3endak ayyo so2aal, yomkinoka an tas2ala hona wa sayos3edony an 2ojeebak, hadhehi faqat al-bedaya, a3taqed anna 3alayka attarkeez 3ala thalath 2ashya2: al-qawa3ed, al-mofradaat wa al-tahje2a, sata7taaj leketaab letata3allam al-qawa3ed wa al-mofradaat, amma al tahje2a, sata7taaj an tatadarrab wa sawfa takoon jayyedan, fel 7aqeeqa, al-momarasah mohemma jeddan, al-mo7adatha bel englezyya yomkin an takoon mofeeda jeddan aydan, sataj3aloka tastakhdem ma tata3allamoh wa taj3aloho yathbot fee 3aqlek.
