mkrfs means "beaten up", so you figure out the meaning. if we break it up it will be "b shfnj mkrfs"
well I guess I just made this up heheh, there is another one, it's "mkhnfsh" which that he looks messed up. I'm sure Asma will kill me over this.
but I guess some people would add some vowels in between if they want so that they can have some air to breath while saying it.
What the! HAHAHA (don't let me fload the forums with a long laugh)
Where on earth did you get that shfnjmkrfs word? How would a mkrfs shfjn look like for God's sake? You beat it up till it looks like msemmen? HAHAHA
And really, I would write that as "shfenj mkerfess". Why did you make up a word from the whole? You're so funny! LOOL

Mkhenfesh exists, but no need to omit vowels that exist!
God, that's hilarious

@Ales:
Never thought about the longest word in Arabic So no exact idea for the moment.

Hmmm..In Arabic it's different, you know :-) Vowels can be short or long. Short ones are those 7arakaat (fat7ah, dammah, kassrah..) you put on letters to read them, and they are everywhere.
If your question is about longer ones, then it's something else.
