Need help with written sanskrit please!

I'm wondering if anyone can help me to translate several words into written sanskrit for a tattoo I'm thinking of. Or if you have an idea for a better word to go along with the tattoo I'd love to hear ideas.

The tattoo I'm getting is a symbol of the three stages of life, but it is also meant to symbolize my two sisters and me. I have come up with the words:

Moksa - which I believe has a meaning of liberation or freedom of rebirth
Sakti - the feminine aspect of divinity
Trimurti - Hindu of three dieties: birth, life, & death
Gunas- the prime three qualities of nature
Prema - Devine love
Bhaginii - sister
Sattva Guna - spiritual purity

I would appreciate any help anyone can offer or suggestions! Thank you!
