How do you say peanut allergy in your country ??

Hi everybody !

I'm looking for the translation of this sentence :
' I have a severe peanut allergy. i do not have to eat one ! Take me to the hospital if I eat one ! '

or something like that

The translation in local languages can be useful in travelling! So all languages are welcome !

About the same here in US. There are many people that get quite ill from peanuts, strange as it seems. If no one answers your question maybe you can search online for a word by word translation. Thats what I do when searching quickly for a short phrase, but when its a longer sentence or paragraph I ask my pals in Italia.

Effectively, this allergy is really bad :s , especially when you travel in Asia...

I try an automatic translator but it's not correct if you can't read it. I mean if you don't know a minimum of a language, anything is possible...

For instance, I have the translation in French of course, italian, spanish, basque, brasilian, korean, chinese, thai, arabic, mali dialect.

I hope I will have more !!!

I was just going to give you a translation in Thai but now I know that you already have it. Your allergy is not unusual. My former boyfriend was also allergic to nuts but he just said "no peanuts" in Thai when he ordered food at restaurants. Then he used his body language to describe how he would react to just a tiny piece of peanuts. It helped I think because he was never served anything with peanuts in it and we have been in Thailand many times. Nice people, great food. (I have the same opinion of Vietnam.) No peanuts in Thai is: mai! thua h)li´-r)song! The exclamation mark means falling tone. (There are 5 tones for each syllable in Thai so it's important to have the right tone.) Pronounce it as if you emphasised a word or called someone's name from afar.

I can assure you that you don't need to know your peanut phrases in my native language which is Swedish. Everybody speaks English here. Young people are really americanized and are more careful when spelling in English than in Swedish.

I never use automatic translators. If they make a correct translation once in a while it’s just luck. When I was in Thailand I bought a mini-dictionary with Thai words shown in English phonetics and also in real Thai writing. However I cannot read the real Thai letters. Hospital in my excellent dictionary is written rong pha!-ya-ban. In another book, a guide book, it’s spelled rohng phayaabaan but I cannot figure out where hospital is in your translation.
