Fàilte gu an taigh ùr agad/agaibh. (Scottish Gaelic - you say agad at the end if you're speaking to someone your age or younger, and agaibh if you're speaking to an older person or more than one person)

Velkominn/velkomin til nýja hússins þíns. (Icelandic - you say Velkominn to a man and velkomin to a woman)

Not exactly on your list, but I think they're cool languages anyway.
