That's not correct.

Bem-vinda (feminin)/ bem-vindo (masculin)
ao (masculin) casa (feminin)

So it should be "Bem-vindo (we don't know what sex, so we use masculin) à tua (pt)/sua (pt.br) nova casa.

In Arabic we use so many greetings
Welcome to ur new house = أهلاً بك في بيتك الجديد
Or مرحباً بك في دارك الجديدة

It's the same , there are more translations .
