Could anyone tell me how I can say "I love you endlessly" or something similar, in Finnish. I want to express a bit more than just plain old "I love you"

"I love you endlessly" would be "minä rakastan sinua loputtomasti", but I think that sounds somehow not so fluent. It is not incorrect anyway. Here are some other ways to say something like that:

"minä rakastan sinua aina" = "I will always love you"
"minä rakastan sinua ikuisesti" = "I will love you forever"

Note that the word "minä" (I) is optional in those sentences. The meaning of "minä rakastan" and "rakastan" is the same.

Of course you could say your original sentence in other way:

"Rakkauteni sinuun ei lopu koskaan" = "My love for you will never end"
"Rakkauteni sinuun ei kuole koskaan" = "My love for you will never die"
