I'm not a poet so this translation is quite literal (and poor), but should help you to get the idea.

Even when the first water drops [in the original text there's a word 'vesihelmi' which means something like 'a pearl made of water'] of a stream break down
and the first flowers of spring wither away;
your first love is alive, young heart,
longer than anything else
