Acolo am fost cu fratele meu si cu prietena lui unde ne-am simtit foarte bine..
am cantat la biserica doua melodii ..si ne-am distrat fain..problema e ca m-am intors de acolo cu o raceala ingrozitoare.. ma doare gatul..am o sinozita puternica ..iar de noapte trecuta n-am dormit deloc..sper sa imi revin.

Well, let's see. From what I understand, this gives:
"We've been there with my brother and his friend (girlfriend? dunno what this implies) where we felt very fine... We've sung two songs in the church... and we had some nice time (well, I haven't got a better translation for this sentence)... the problem is, that I came back with a scaring cold... my neck hurts... I've got a strong sinusitis... and last night, I couldn't sleep at all... (?)"
Well, I've a problem with the last sentence. Literally, it'd say "I hope it comes back to me" or something ike that. I'm not exactly sure what it means here. I hope I could help a little.

Hi guys,

Since the one that writes the letter has cought a terrible cold and hasn't slept all night, the last sentence reads: I hope to recover ("soon" is implied).
