Hi all,

I'm a big Mike Tyson fan and a member of a Tyson fan-network. We recently stumbled on four Tyson news articles in a foreign language.
Unfortunately they are in Romanian (i think) so none of us can read and translate it.
I'm aware that it's a very big text and that i can't ask a literal word-for-word translation (although that would be grate, it would be too much for anyone).
But if someone could kindly tell what news is in it (the title of the article, what Mike said and what the pictures caption mean) i and many other Tyson fans would be very grateful.

These are the four articles.

Article 1 (which probably is the most important of the four because it is the latest article and seems to contain some quotes):

Fostul campion al greilor şi-a petrecut şi noaptea de joi spre vineri în România, mereu zîmbind, mereu pus pe dans şi pe rîs. Joi seară, pe la orele 19:00, Tyson l-a avut ca oaspete pe Radu Mazăre, primarul Constanţei, însoţit de fiul său. Mazăre i-a adus boxerului o sticlă de vin alb vechi, o hartă a oraşului şi alte mici suveniruri. Cei doi au petrecut mai mult de două ore la bordul yachtului Summerwind, unde au luat masa. La ieşire, primarul a spus că Tyson va reveni în România, pentru că aici sînt multe femei frumoase.

Apoi Iron Mike şi Mazăre au părăsit vasul şi au plecat spre staţiunea Mamaia. Alături de o cohortă întreagă de fete, au poposit la barul New Orient, unde avea loc o preselecţie în vederea unei gale Local Kombat. La început, superstarul american nu a părut foarte interesat de ceea ce se întîmpla pe ring, ci a preferat să danseze pe muzică hip-hop şi să mănînce relaxat alune. Apoi a întrebat cîte runde are un meci şi le-a explicat luptătorilor că nu ştiu să-şi folosească braţele.

Tyson şi însoţitorii săi au plecat pe la ora 1:00 înspre staţiunea Neptun, unde au petrecut în clubul Kremlin. Spre dimineaţă s-au întors la yacht, unde petrecerea a continuat cîteva ore. După altă noapte de pomină, petrecăreţii au dormit pînă ieri la 12:00. Pe la ora 14:30, Iron Mike s-a îmbarcat pe o şalupă şi s-a dus la plajă.

"Mă iubesc doar pe mine"
Referitor la mulţimea de femei care au luat cu asalt yachtul lui Mike Tyson în ultimele zile, unul dintre apropiaţii sportivului a spus că fetele nu sînt chemate neapărat pentru pugilist. "Îi place să fie înconjurat de femei frumoase, să danseze cu ele, nu vrea neapărat să se culce cu ele", a sunat explicaţia. Întrebat dacă este, într-adevăr, îndrăgostit de vreo româncă, Mike a spus: "Eu nu mă iubesc decît pe mine însumi".

Bruce Willis îl sună mereu
Deşi Tyson şi-ar fi dorit să mai stea, el urma să ridice ancora aseară la ora 23:00. Fostul campion mondial este aşteptat la Odessa de bunul său prieten, celebrul actor Bruce Willis, protagonistul filmelor "Al cincilea element" şi "Greu de ucis". Văzînd că Tyson nu mai apare la locul de întîlnire, Willis şi-a pierdut răbdarea şi a început să-l sune din ce în ce mai insistent pe boxer.

Lecţii de bătaie
Ieri, pe plaja din faţa clubului New Orient, Tyson a schimbat compania fetelor frumoase pe cea a luptătorilor K1. În interiorul localului, el le-a predat lecţii de box. "Să nu trageţi niciodată capul înapoi!", i-a sfătuit Tyson. La un moment dat, pugilistul a încercat să-i arate o combinaţie unuia dintre luptători, dar a reuşit să-l lovească pe acesta. La antrenamentele cu tinerii sportivi, Mike a avut un prosop din care a muşcat tot timpul.

Dacă tot eşti în vacanţă, de ce să nu vezi locuri noi? Dacă vii de la Istanbul şi te îndrepţi spre Odessa, de ce să nu dai o fugă şi la Constanţa? În România, adică. Poate aşa au gîndit Mike Tyson şi însoţitorii săi de pe uriaşul yacht Summerwind. Sau poate nu. Cert e că miercuri după-amiază, vasul a ancorat la malul Mării Negre, iar fostul campion mondial al greilor a coborît în oraş, să se plimbe, după ce vreme de o oră a vorbit la telefon şi s-a consultat cu angajata sa româncă, Mirabela Călin.

Drumul pe străzi s-a transformat într-un marş cu alai, foarte mulţi localnici şi turişti dorind să stea în apropierea celebrului pugilist, să obţină un autograf sau să ajungă să se fotografieze împreună cu el. Tyson n-a refuzat nici o asemenea cerere, dimpotrivă, a răspuns amabil la ele, fără a vorbi însă prea mult. După plimbare, în care a fost însoţit şi de jandarmi, Mike s-a înapoiat la yacht. Avea un plan, o petrecere. N-a ezitat să facă invitaţii în acest scop fetelor frumoase de pe stradă. Iar multe dintre ele au venit.

Tînăra spune că a vorbit cu Tyson, care a spus că e frumos în România şi că se simte bine aici.

La un moment dat au apărut mai multe manechine ale agenţiei Diva Models. Acestea au făcut o prezentare de modă pentru cei din salonul principal al yachtului, începînd cu rochii de seară scurte şi vaporoase, continuînd cu costume de baie şi încheind cu lenjerie. Mike Tyson n-a participat la prima parte, dar mai tîrziu a intrat în salon. S-a întreţinut amical cu modelele, făcîndu-le complimente. "Ce femei frumoase sînt în România!", a exclamat la un moment dat boxerul.
Petrecerea a continuat la o intensitate a luminii mult scăzută (foto 2), pe ritmuri de rap şi hip-hop. La ora 2:00, Tyson, apropiaţii săi şi cîteva dintre fetele rămase (foto 3), cît să încapă în două maşini, au părăsit vasul şi s-au îndreptat spre Club 21 din Mamaia, unde au rămas pînă în zori. La 7:00 dimineaţa, Mike încă nu dormea.

Au ieşit din nou pe yacht la prînz, apoi au făcut o plimbare cu şalupa pe mare, oprindu-se în Mamaia, în dreptul barului New Orient. A stat la plajă preţ de o oră, fiind la fel de prietenos ca şi cu o zi înainte. Aseară, Tyson era aşteptat la o selecţie pentru o gală Local Kombat.

După ce s-a rugat, Tyson a ieşit pe stradă, unde n-a refuzat nici o cerere de a face fotografii alături de localnici sau turişti, s-a purtat afectuos cu copiii întîlniţi şi a încercat să-şi cumpere o îngheţată, dar a constatat că n-are bani româneşti. O femeie i-a achitat îngheţata.

Plimbarea a continuat cu un Tyson amabil, care a răspuns amuzat la strigătele de "I love you, Mike!" cu "I love you too!", a dat în continuarea autografe şi s-a lăsat acompaniat pe drumul înapoi spre port de un întreg alai de curioşi.

Petrecere pe vas
Fostul campion se află într-o vacanţă prelungită şi nu lipsită de peripeţii. Summerwind a venit la Constanţa dinspre Istanbul şi va rămîne în România pînă în această seară. La ora 21:00, Tyson a ieşit din nou pe chei pentru altă sesiune de autografe, iar însoţitorii săi de pe vas le-au împărţit cu dărnicie jandarmilor sticle de apă minerală Perrier. Aseară, pe yacht s-a încins o petrecere pe ritmuri de rap şi hip-hop, la care au participat şi foarte multe invitate, unele cunoscute de Mike în cursul după-amiezii de ieri.

Altă acuzaţie de viol
La începutul lunii, Tyson şi yachtul său se aflau în Italia. Acolo a fost cercetat pentru tentativă de viol în urma unei plîngeri depuse de Florence Botoli, o cameruneză în vîrstă de 33 de ani. Pe 6 august, femeia l-a întîlnit pe Tyson într-o discotecă din Porto Cervo. Cameruneza a declarat carabinierilor că după ce s-au cunoscut, Mike a forţat-o să-l însoţească la o petrecere care avea loc pe iahtul lui. La un moment dat Tyson i-a propus să se culce cu el, iar ea a refuzat. Atunci pugilistul a lovit-o furios de cîteva ori.

This is the translation of the first article:

"Iron Mike's secrets

Mike Tyson stood longer in Constanta than he had previously planned. Coming out of curiosity, the ex boxer was impressed by the beauty of the girls, by the hospitality he encountered and by the atmosphere created around him. Tyson left the Rumanian territorial waters on Friday night, at 1:00 o'clock and headed for Odessa where he was to meet the Hollywood star Bruce Willis. Before he left, from 21.00 o'clock, Tyson's yacht was again full of hip-hop music, with the occasion of the goodbye party which was attended, as ususal, by even more girls from Constanta. But Tyson could return to Rumania in a couple of days, accompanied by Bruce Willis himself, as the yacht needs to halt on its way from Odessa to Turkey.

Radu Teodor, one of the organizers of the Local Kombat boxing show which Tyson attended, revealed, prior to discussions with the ex boxer, some of the less known aspects of his life.

Tyson the Original

When he goes to a new place, he'd rather hang around with people "of his kind", as the boxer said, than with official representatives.
In Mamaia (a seaside resort in Rumania) he only ate at New Orient, just because he is Muslim as one of the owners of the restaurant and he trusted the food.
He doesn't drink alcohol at all, again because of his religion.
From religious reasons, he doesn't allow women to touch his bare chest with the hand.
He is not interented in K1 fights.
He learned Rumanian: a girl talked to him in English on the beach and he answered "Multumesc, multumesc!" (Thanks, thanks!)"

Bruce Willis keeps calling him

Although Tyson would have liked to stay longer, he was to lift the anchor at 23.00 last night. "Tyson, the surprise-guest

Since you're on vacation, why not visiting new places? If you come from Istambul and you're heading for Odessa, why not passing by Constanta as well? Namely, Rumania. Perhaps that's how Mike and his followers thought on their huge yacht Summerwind. Or perhaps not. Anyway, Wednesday afternoon the boat dropped anchor at the Black Sea shores, and the ex heavyweight champion went to town to have a walk, after spending an hour on the phone and receiving advice from his Rumanian employee, Mirabela Calin.

The trip on the streets soon turned into a populated march, as many locals and turists wanted to accompany the famous boxer, obtain an autograph or take photos with him. Tyson never declined such requests, on the contrary, he politely accepted them, but without talking too much. After the walk, also accompanied by local military forces, Mike returned to the yacht. Sleepless night

Wednesday to Thursday Tyson kept on partying, first on the yacht, then in a club in Mamaia.

From 21.00 on, guests started coming on board the Summerwind. And, especially the feminine guests (photo 1). One of the girls on the street said that Mike's manager asked her a simple and straightforward question: "Do you want to come to the party?" Her answer was just as simple: "Yes". The young girl said she talked to Tyson, who confessed he liked Rumania and felt good to be here.

At a certain point, more models of the Diva Models agency came. They put up a fashion show for the people in the main room of the yacht, starting with short and flimsy night-dresses, continuing with swimwear and ending up with lingerie. Mike Tyson did not attend the first part of the show, but later he came in. He freely talked with the models, complimenting them. "What beautiful women you have here in Rumania!" the boxer once exclaimed.

The party went on in dim light (photo 2), on hip-hop and rap beats. At 2.00 o'clock in the morning Tyson, his close friends and some of the remaining girls (photo 3), just as many as to fill up two cars, left the boat and headed for Club 21 in Mamaia, where they stayed until dawn. As far as I have seen, the texts under the pictures have not been translated, as well as the fourth article. The texts under the picture read in order of the pictures:

Please let me know whether you are still interested in the translation of the fourth article. As I am not an English native speaker you might to correct some of the captions, but I think the meaning should be clear.

La început, superstarul american nu a părut foarte interesat de ceea ce se întîmpla pe ring, ci a preferat să danseze pe muzică hip-hop şi să mănînce relaxat alune. Apoi a întrebat cîte runde are un meci şi le-a explicat luptătorilor că nu ştiu să-şi folosească braţele. Tyson şi însoţitorii săi au plecat pe la ora 1:00 înspre staţiunea Neptun, unde au petrecut în clubul Kremlin. Spre dimineaţă s-au întors la yacht, unde petrecerea a continuat cîteva ore. După altă noapte de pomină, petrecăreţii au dormit pînă ieri la 12:00. Pe la ora 14:30, Iron Mike s-a îmbarcat pe o şalupă şi s-a dus la plajă. Tyson didn't restrain himself from savouring 100% Romanian ice-cream together which those accompanying him on his walk. Mirabela Calin, a young Romanian who is working on the boxer's yacht, listens carefully to Mike Tyson's instructions. Mike Tyson is choosing an ice-cream from an ice-box. Because he didn't have any change with him, he accepted that a woman payed for the ice-cream. Police (left, behind) were accompanying Mike Tyson on his walk through the streets of Constanta.
