Romanian to English translation needed

Hello everyone. I just registered here as magicelectron. This seems like a really cool place. I am American. I speak English, but i can understand French. I just need a translation for a message someone sent me.

"ba tu eshti roman ca nu prea am intzeles ce scrii akolo.

Vreau ceva mai concret o propozitie pe romaneshte legata de subiectul asta. Nu vrem spioni"

I'm trying to get into a clan on a game, so any help would be greatly appreciated. If it happens to be a question, could you also answer it in Romanian as well. Thanks a bunch for anyone that can respond!

I'm afraid I can't suggest any answer since I don't know what subject they meant.

I'm not really a spy. I just want to see what their alliance has that is so special. i asked them what their website thing does, but they just answer very vaguely. I assume you all don't know what i am talking about. i'm playing this mmorpg (massively multiplayer online role playing game)
