Do you really need the translation when you already know the meaning? Anyway I'm Swedish, not Danish, and I think ikk is short for "ikke", that is "not". I don't know the last word but Nar is close and røv is ass so you can make up a translation of it yourself if you want to. The translation is approximatively: Suck my dick, don't you want to? You love it, don't you? or I know that you love it.
