Greetings,
This is my first time here in this forum... I'm looking to learn as well as help anyone with english where I can, but right now I'm looking for a little help - I met a young lady in Sao Paulo a few months ago and she sent me this message recently - " Ola lindo como vc esta, me desculpa por nao te dado para vc vim. Pois eu estava doente e nao deu para eu ver nada, voce deve esta chateado comogo me perdoa.Tambem estou com muita saudades de vc! Feliz natal milbeijos." My portuguese is horrible - I only know the basics. Can someone help me with this translation? Thanks in advance. |

"Hello pretty one! How are you doing? I´m sorry that we hadn´t got the chance to meet each other, because I was ill and I couldn´t see nothing. You must be mad at me. Forgive me! I miss you a lot too! Merry Christmas and 1000 kisses!" "me desculpa por nao te dado para vc vim" Could it be " para vc vir" ? There´s a typing error I guess. |

Obrigado muito muito!! Este forum é maravilhoso. Eu tenho muitos programas de aprendizagem portuguese mas são lentos e muito formais. Pode você sugerir um método mais fácil para aprender o português? :-)

Improving your Portuguese with Portuguese-Brazilian native speakers like Alexsander can be a good start. Conversation and exchange experience and knowledge on a language, and its culture is a great option. All the best for your Portuguese, sflor |
