Default Emprego da Forma Flexionada

O infinitivo assume a forma flexionada:
The infinitive is in the flexionada form:

1. Quando o sujeito é claramente expresso:
1. When the subject is clearly expressed:

Mas o curioso é tu não perceberes que não houve nunca "ilusão" alguma.

2. Quando quer que se conheça o sujeito da ação:
2. When you want people to know the action subject:

- Acho melhor não fazeres questão

3. Quando, na terceira pessoa do plural, indica indeterminação:
3. When in plural third person, indicating indetermination:

Ouvi dizerem que Maria Jeroma, de todas a mais impressionante, pelo ar desafrontado e pela pintura na cara, ganhara o sertão. (G. Amado)

Observação:
Note:

A forma flexionada é mais comum no português europeu devido à forma tu, que possui desinência, enquanto que você não possui desinência verbal.
The flexionada form is more used in european Portuguese because of tu, which possesses desinência (conjugation suffix) while você does not have it.
