Default no, it doesn't exist

well, could you give me the websites and examples where you found them?
Perhaps they really wrote it like that, but it was wrong
coreto and coreção does not exist, actually coreto exist and has a totally diferent meaning, coreto is a small chorus (people singing)

Portungo is a language derived from Portuguese spoken in Mauritius (Africa), as I have a friend from there, I'm learning it from him

Default Dictionary

In any language people can mispell a word
As people usually are in a hurry when they type a word, a lot of mistakes were made
Instead of searching in google, use a dictionary to look a word up or discover if it exists.
COREÇÃO does not exist, the correct word is CORREÇÃO
CORETO is a small chorus (group of singers)
CORRETO is the brazilian portuguese form of correct
CORRECTO is the portugal form of correct

Try to search the word in a Brazilian Portuguese dictionary:
http://houaiss.uol.com.br/busca.jhtm?verbete=a
I bet you won't find out this word

Yes, by the way CORETO has a different meaning and also another pronunciation (in the letter R and E)

co.`rre. to (longer R and stressed strong in E)
co. `. to (weak and short R and stressed soft E)
