it one of my friends here in algeria who is called Nezli when i asked her about the the meaning of the name she sais to me it's turkish because it's ancestors are turkish you know ottomans have settled in algeria (ottoman empire) some turkish people stayed in algeria after the decline of th e empire but they don't know turkish but some of them have turkish names and family names.

I dont know anyone whose name is Nezli.And i havent heard too.May be it is an ancient Turkish name.i dont know but it is posible
