hi! i need help with this sentences. can somebody help translate and explain to me pls. thank you.
 "0.10.2007 01 Kasım 2007 tarihinden itibaren, 30.000 SGD veya muadili yabancı parayı aşan nakdin Singapur’a girişte veya çıkışta taşınması, posta veya kargo yoluyla gönderilmesi halinde dağıtılacak form aracılığıyla beyan edilmesi zorunludur.
