Czech>English - Help with translation of an Email

Hi All,

Was in Czech a while back and am keeping in touch with someone. However, her email is in Czech. Her english is 10x better than my czech. Can someone help out? I think I made out 2 words in this whole thing, "ta-ta and Married". I hope this email doesn;t say to much that is personal!

"Samozdrejne ze jo,
a ty nas uz asi ne co vzdit ani nezavolas ani nenapises .Tak co je noveho uz jsi zenatej!!! Nebo stale jen zamilovanej?

napis vice at. aspon prostrednictvim mejlik se muzeme tak malinko bavit .
