Сердце is heart and the song is of course about love. To love is любить in Russian. There is an old Russian song called Сердце so I was a little disappointed that the girl didn’t sing that one. In translation the old song begins with the following words “Heart how good it is that you are the way you are” and ends with “Thank you heart for being able to love that way”.
