You have to wait for confirmation from Birdman, Catlovesjam or any other native Russian. I’m not absolutely sure about the grammar here, in particular if the preposition Для is the right one to use. Also I have translated neighbours instead of neighbour. If they don't get help from one neighbour they should try with another. That was my thought.

Cloelia made correct translation, I can make just one little correction - it will be more correct to use another order of words:"... îáðàòèòåñü çà ïîìîùüþ ê ñîñåäÿì". This order seems to be more correct, because getting help (not anything else but help) is more important in the context than people who will help (neighbours or collegues or anybody else - there is not any special difference, who exaclty will help). So it is better if the word "help" will be used first. But it's just a very small nuance, that is not really important for understanding. In fact I say it just to make knowledge of Cloelia more perfect (if it is possible to make perfect more perfect at all! ;-) ). Also the word "ðóêîâîäñòâî" may be replaced with the word "èíñòðóêöèÿ" - both words has the same meaning in this context, so there is not any difference which one will be used.

Thanks a lot catlovesjam! Instruction "инструкция" is a better word here because this is propably only one or two pages and not a complicated manual. Word order is very important so I’m glad you told me so the right thing, the помощь, could be emphasized.
