need some help with a german to english translation

Hi everyone, my friend wanted me to guess what this means but I have no idea since I'm not german.. but its ich habe dich famist... any help would be greatly appreciated, and thanks!

Are you sure you have spelled "famist" right? The other three words are easy to translate: ich habe dich ->I have you

Well famist isn't a German word. There is of course "vermissen", i.e. "miss" in English. The sentence should probably have been I habe dich vermisst=> I have missed you.

Tell your friend to get the words right next time he wants you to guess something.
