Here's a little expression that I would like you to translate in French for me please : Home by the sea. I heard it on the CBC radio (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) this morning, and it made me think of this Genesis song title. Thanks for your help.

You should prefer the second one

which actually goes this way: chez elle (girl) / lui (boy) par mer
