Mon amie est de retour d'un weekend 'romantique' avec son mari, elle m'a envoyée des photos.
Je souhaite lui envoyer un message en anglais et vous remercie par avance de votre aide:

J'ai bien pensé à vous ce weekend, ont-ils un beau temps? Comment est cet hôtel de luxe? Enfin beaucoup de questions.
Tu es satisfaite et j'en suis contente. Lorsque je lis ton mail, je vois que tu as été 'harcelée téléphoniquement' par Carmen, ta fille. 'Alors c'est comment? Qu'est-ce que vous faites?...etc'. Carmen était bien curieuse et impatiente de connaitre en détail votre séjour. En même temps elle était rassurée.
La photo sur le canapé de la chambre, que dis-je de votre suite, donne envie de séjourner une fois dans un bel hôtel comme celui-ci, ne s'occuper de rien excepté de son bien-être, ses sorties.
Je trouve ton idée bonne, Sid a dû apprécier et se souviendra de ses cinquante ans.
Pour le moment David attend que ses congés soient signés pour acheter un billet d'avion pour Barcelone.
Les photos que je t'envoie: Moi dans un fauteuil (non luxueux) sans bottes de cow boy , photo prise le soir, donc en chemise de nuit. Tu reconnaitras un monotype.
La seconde: David sur son canapé drapé d'un plaid rouge, pas vraiment le même dans lequel tu étais vautrée. Prise le soir également.
Je t'enverrai de superbes photos de Barcelone, tu verras, tu auras envie d'y aller. Je t'embrasse très fort,

I thought of you a lot last weekend and wondered:"Is the weather fine? How is the hotel? Lots of questions indeed.
You're pleased and I'm glad about it. On reading your email, I could see you were "harassed by telephone" by your daughter Carmen. "Well, how is it? What are you doing?, etc..." She was both curious and eager to know about your trip. At the same time she was reassured.
The photo taken on the sofa of your room, I should rather say your suite, makes us feel like staying in such a nice hotel at least once, to busy ourselves about nothing but our well-being, our outings.
I think yours was a good idea, Sid must have appreciated and I'm sure he'll remember his fiftieth birthday.
For the time being, David is waiting for his holiday to be validated so that he can buy a plane ticket to Barcelona.
About the photos I'm sending: Me in an armchair (a non-luxurious one) without cowboy boots on, the photo was taken in the evening, which explains the nightgown.
You will recognize a monotype.
The second one: David sitting on his red car rug draped sofa, not really the same as the one you were sprawling on. Also taken in the evening.
I'll send you beautiful pictures of Barcelona, just you wait and you'll be eager to go.
