j'ai recu ce jour un email pour une location, cependant je doute fort que cela soit tres honnete, je suspecte une arnaque mais je ne sais lire l'anglais, pourriez vous m'aider ?? merci beaucoup


Concerning the mail i sent you,You will be able to see that i will be staying in the home am renting from you and in the mail i sent you as well mentioned that me and my family will be starting the rental from( 1st march 2008 ) actually i don't think its wrong for me to book the house am renting from you now what am just trying to do is that i will want to figure out the whole of the rental so that me and my family will have no problem in the time that we will be starting the rental ,Well will be starting from the months of( 1st march 2008 ) and i think i really needs to know this i think its will be very much Ok for me to know the total Amount cost for the 4 weeks rental Starting from (1st march 2008,And if is that the 4 weeks rental will not be possible you can as well let me have the 4 weeks rental starting from ( 1st march 2008 ) ok I will be willing to start the rental from (1st march 2008 for 4 weeks ) am saying if its will be Month rental i hope that before then i will have find a place that i will be staying i mean a place that i will buy my own to stay with my families,am thinking of spending about 74,000 for the three bed room apart to buy around that area, so i will be very glad to have the 4 weeks rental amount for me and my family to stay around to see how niter and how secure the area is ok,and if you think that i can find a three bed room house in that area within 4 weeks stays i will be very glad to rent 4 weeks rental starting by :

je peux vous renseigner, louant également une maison de vacances j'ai plusieurs fois été à même de connaître ce genre de problème

Mais attendez la traduction, je l'ai vu mais je n'arrive pas à déceler si il y a un problème, d'ordinaire les arnaques portent sur des sommes assez importantes réglées par chèque de banque et ils demandent une fois que vous l'avez fait encaisser en banque de leur envoyer la différence et c'est là l'arnaque: vous envoyez le trop percu par western union par exemple et ensuite 15j /1mois plus tard votre banque vous dit que votre chèque est sans provision!!!!!!!!!!

Je viens de lire cette bouillie et vous dis clairement STOP !
Cette personne a une maîtrise bizarre de l'anglais, suffisante en tout cas pour noyer le poisson.
Le moins que je puisse en dire, c'est que le contenu du message est tout sauf clair.
Et je parierais gros que c'est voulu.
Un seul indice m'a mis une GROSSE puce à l'oreille : la date du 1 mars 2008 qui revient comme une antienne !
Si vous me permettez un conseil, ne vous embarquez pas sur cette drôle de galère.
