Can anymore help translate "établissement d'une liasse fiscale"? It's to write down on a CV.
Would "tax accounts making out" sound ok?

"Drawing up tax accounts" sounds better.

I don't know if it's the same thing as a liasse fiscale but you might also want

"drawing up a balance sheet" or "bookkeeping".

Thanks! Actually, I don't know exactly what it refers to. It's for a student who wants to write it down on her CV as part of her work experience. So I'm not sure whether bookeeping would be appropriate but I'll check with her.
