Bonjour,
Je compte envoyer un email à mon amie anglophone. Mon weekend sera difficile physiquement puisque j'ai subi ders perfusions qui me ralentissent énormément.

Je comptais sur ce weekend pluvieux pour me reposer, et voilà que je reçois deux emails: un d'un de mes beau-frère et un d'un couple d'amis. Tout le monde souhaite passer le weekend à la maison, j'en suis très contente. En revanche David m'aidera pour beaucoup, je vais préparer aujourd'hui tout pour leur venue et David se débrouillera. Je pense comme chaque jour cette semaine, j'irai au lit très tôt. Encore quelques jours et le côté 'booster' de ma perf' fera son effet, je me sentirai mieux et pourrai aller gambader et continuer à travailler mon anglais.
Je vais au marché et rejoins ma voisine pour 'un petit noir'! (un café). Je t'embrasse et pense à toute ta famille. Love Marie.

Hi,

I was expecting I could rest next weekend when I received two e-mails. One from a brother-in-law of mine, another from a couple of friends. All of them wish to spend the weekend at home and I am very glad. On the other hand David will help me a lot. I am going to prepare things today for their coming and David will manage on his own. I think I will go to bed very early every day this week. A few more days and the drip will "boost" me again, I will feel better and be able to caper about and keep on brushing up my English.
I'm leaving to the market and join my neighbour to have 'a nice cup of black coffee'.
