Bonjour, Je n'ai pas envoyé de mes nouvelles à mon amie depuis un certain temps. Merci de m'aider dans la traduction de ce mail:

Je suis impardonnable, je ne t'ai pas donné de mes nouvelles depuis un moment. J'ai cru comprendre que tu étais très occupée également par ton travail. De mon côté j'ai démarré des essais thérapeutiques pour ma maladie auto-immune et j'ai eu une perf' cette semaine. La semaine prochaine je me rendrai à Paris pour voir mes collègues à l'université, certaines ont changé de poste et sont parties en province, d'autres sont restées. Je me réjouis à l'idée de les revoir. J'en profiterai pour passer à Villejuif, un hôpital dans lequel je suis suivie régulièrement.
J'ai compris le 'Present perfect' en lisant la règle, mais je vais revenir aux fondamentaux, j'ai trop tendance à utiliser le présent simple dans mes tests. Tu vois je me remets à l'étude plutôt grammaticale de cette belle langue. Love, Marie.

I am unpardonable, it's been a long time since you last heard from me. I understand you've also been kept very busy with your work.
Personally I've started therapeutic tests for my autoimmune illness and I had a drip this week.
Next week I'll go to Paris to meet my colleagues at the university. Some of them have changed their posts and have moved to the provinces, others have stayed. I am greatly looking forward to seeing them again. I'll take advantage of my going there to pop in at Villejuif, the hospital where I am regularly being cared.
I have understood the 'present perfect' by reading the rule but I'm going to get back to the basis because I have a tendency to use the simple present in my tests. So you see, I take up studying again the grammar of this beautiful language.
