Bonjour,

Nous revoilà en France après un agréable séjour à Budapest. Nous avons eu très chaud et avons profité des thermes, spa en plein air dans la capitale. Nous nous sommes promenés le long du Danube, nous avons pris un bateau pour nous rendre à Szentrende une petite ville non loin de la capitale puis nous sommes rentrés par le train. La capitale est magnifique, il suffit de lever la tête et nous prenons une sacré leçon d'architecture (néo-classique, renaissance). Le studio que nous avons loué était bien situé. La gastronomie hongroise à base de paprika nous a ravi. Nous avons découvert les petits gâteaux hongrois très proches des gâteaux Viennois (Autrichien). Nous nous sommes bien éclatés, avons profité au maximum. Nous avons dîné chez l'habitant (notre voisine) un vrai goulash et un poulet au paprika. Cette jeune femme était délicieuse, nous tentions de parler avec quelques mots hongrois et allemands, une très bonne soirée et de bons souvenirs. Voilà, dorénavant reprise des activités, David a repris le travail et moi je devrais bientôt me rendre à mon séminaire. Love Marie.

Hello,
We are back in France after a pleasant stay in Budapest. We were very hot and took advantage of the thermal baths, open air spas in the capital. We took a walk along Danube, we took a boat to go to Szentrende, a little town not far from the capital, and then we went back by train. The capital is magnificent, all we have to do is lift our head and we take in a real lesson in architecture (neo-classic, renaissance). The studio that we rented was in a great location. The Hungarian gastronomy based on paprika delighted us. We discovered the little Hungarian cakes, very similar to the Viennese cakes. (Austrian). We had a blast, enjoyed it to the maximum. We ate at the house of the resident (our neighbor), a real goulash and a chicken seasoned with paprika. This young lady was lovely, we tried to speak with some Hungarian and German words, a very nice evening and good memories. Well, now it’s back to our usual activities. David has gone back to work and as for me I should get to work on my seminar soon.
