Hello
I am captionning in French a US cartoon and here are some of the lines : - here's what I don't like about Saudi Arabia. You can't go out unless you are escorted by a man. And when you do you come home with a butt crack full of sand. No alcohol, no Rum and Cokes, and no Dom Perignon. What about the "butt crack" ? I understand the words, but I do not get the allusion ? Is it about rape ? |

... but may be he wants to say you come home with a lot of sand into your underwear. A "butt crack" means in medical language: " buttocks' separation". Patrock |

I would say the same, i don't think there a double-entendre there as the "do" of "and when you do you come home..." means "when you do go to Saudi Arabia you come home...", not "when you don't go with a man you come home...". See what I mean?
I think it's just a plain joke on the fact that Saudi arabia is full of sand and it ends up in bad places. But i might be wrong! ![]() |
