pourriez vous me corriger la traduction anglaise de cette carte de voeux? merci beaucoup

voici l'originale: pour la nouvelle année , d'aussi loin que parviennent ces voeux ils n'en demeurent pas moins sincères et chaleureux, exprimant du fond du coeur beaucoup de joie et d'affection en cette heureuse occasion.

et voici ma trad: for the new year
as far as these wishes are coming from, they remain sincere and cordial, expressing wholeheartedly a lot of joy and fondness on this happy occasion.

alors le verdict ? merci beaucoup pour votre aide et une très bonne année 2005.
