Moi je dirais plutôt "receipt": "reception" devrait signifier la façon dont on reçoit quelqu'un ou quelque chose (mais il est possible que dans certains dialectes la différence se soit effacée). "Confirm receipt" est peut-être plus fréquent aujourd'hui que "acknowledge receipt", la formule utilisée normalement dans les lettres commerciales avant l'ère du courrier électronique.

Pour la deuxième phrase, de nombreuses formulations sont possibles. Celle que tu as donnée est bonne. Quand je travaillais dans le commerce j'avais l'habitude de finir une lettre par "If you would like any further information please do not hesitate to ask". Mais les variations sont infinies...
