Crystallina is an unknown character at this point

Je m'excuse... Je ne peux pas resister.
Today I went to school; tonight I am doing my homework for tomorrow. Tomorrow I have an English lesson with my teacher, Mrs Doucet. I have to do a composition in English, I'm doing it at 11 pm, which is very hard. Not because it is done at 11 but because it is in English. I will write a text about a zoo keepers's job. Why I like it, why I don't like it. Tomorrow, I will read it. I am going to say that I don't like the zoo keepers's job because it is too hard. I will explain why. |

Hi Crystallina and welcome on the forum
![]() Your translation about the text is welcomed but you should work since the initial text ![]() That is: the guy (mickael Otanga) wanted to say "I will read" and not "write". We just don't have to understand, he writes whatever he wants, we just have to translate, even if it doesn't make sense to us . Because changing to read/to write you also change the meaning, what you were not supposed to do .Then "That" is not necessary... especially when pronounced by a french boy And for the last sentence it is the same... he doesn't explain why he doesn't like it but he gives reasons for that... which is a bit different in the meaning. That is why we (Jack and I) translated it by arguing or discussing ![]() Talk to you soon and welcome again ![]() Last edited by The_FD; 10-13-2004 at 10:24 AM. |
