Facing this current situation of the market we can posed the question of the futures and the prospect of this market: Commodities markets, however, have defined the concept of boom and bust. So are they now at a cusp? This question gives place to many discussions Indeed for some economist the metal’s market follows cycles Witch called in the text super cycles its means that when the metal’s prices get to a certain point they it Has not another solution and it will must drop again .and for super cycles ‘s theories the metals market and the prices market the price going to diminish This theories could be explain by two ways The first explanation is that when the metals prices becomes too much high the consuming companies create, invents new means and technologies or they switch to other materials. For reduce their productions cost. In this ways the metal’s demands decrease and the market get to a new stability and concequently the prices tend to decline. One the other hand So as prices rise, more the mining industries make profit and consequently it become relatively easy for companies to develop new mines or revisit old properties that had been given up. in this case it’s the supply whith are boost in order to follow the demands Finnaly we can conclude that in every case the trend of metals price get to decline in long terme |
