Default Please could you correct my mistakes?

Bonjour,
Pouvez-vous corriger mes fautes, j'essaie d'écrire dans un style indirect, je rougis car je m'aperçois que je n'utilise jamais ce style depuis que je parle anglais.
My name is Marie and I am a journalist. I have decide to interview a footballer.
I asked him when he would celebrate his birthday, how old.... (A quel âge a-t-il commencé à jouer au football), in which.... dans quel championnat il a évolué, if he had enjoyed to play with a world champion Zidane, si il aurait préféré jouer et vivre à l'étranger,
if his wife and his children were proud of him (si sa femme et ses enfants étaient fiers de lui), how old (A que âge il arrêtera la compététion), if he had found a new job when he stopped (s'il a trouvé un nouveau métier quand il arrêtera), what was his favourite sports clubs in France and overseas (quel est son club de foot préféré en France et à l'étranger) et how has he would spent his time now because he doesnt play football anymore.

Merci pour vos corrections et avis, conseils dont je prends toujours note.
HAVE A NICE DAY - Marie

I wanted to add that "footballer" would be football player, at least in America. Also, I think "evolue" is "involved". Question: Are you referring to American football or soccer? If the article is for an American audience, you would need to note that difference.

Hope this helps -
