Default Un petit terme

Chinoise (thanks girl!) m'a dit qu'on dit tonsils!

Other suggestions:

I've been searching on the intenet and I've found strep throat and swollen glands.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strep_throat

http://pediatrics.about.com/od/sorethroats/

Tonsils are the glands around the throat area which give you that painful feeling and become swollen when infected. Some people have had their tonsils removed, like my late mom, which was in fact a major mistake. Her heart then got infected because the tonsils were " like traffic lights guarding her heart", her words.

Btw, I've never heard of throat balls, and I can't find anything by googling it.

http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/e...pages/1118.htm

This is a good site. I've been trying to find a chart on human organs but everything I've found is charged, not free.

Morning

Now my request is totally satisfied, thanks Chinoise. I admit that "throat balls" is rather funny!

The answers are more than what I needed, thanks to all for answering
