tattoo translation!

Hello to all.

I would need a hand with two short translations for my tattoos.

It's for two different ones. I've tried to make them simple so it's easyer to translate. I know that it will be changing the construction of the sentences but I hope that it will not change the sens.

Please help!!!

The sentences are:
(1) If you mess with me.
(2) you will regret it.

Hello.

I had to add this part to the tread I've posted because when the tread got mooved elsewhere, it got renamed "Tattoo" so nobody will know in what language it was supposed to be translated in.

The original title was: Needing help from Gàidhlig speakers.

This reminds me of a similar phrase I saw on a tee shirt a long time ago:

'Qui s'y frotte s'y pique' - I think this might be the motto of some french rugby team.
