I know it doesn`t make any sense, that`s what I thought! And it`s not my sentence, I found it this way and I have to translate it... so I hope you see now why I have posted on this forum "need a little help urgent"

some suggestions:

a drawbar ... arrester or:
drawbar .... arresters instead of the singular form
and instead of 'may not be possible' – is/are not allowed/approved/permitted or permissible, but in this case, some other terms should be replaced, too.
