Exo d'anglais sur une lettre

Bonjour, j'ai a faire un exercice en anglais, d'un directeur de pub qui doit répondre a une lettre de deux étudiants francais qui cherchent un job en angleterre, et le patron doit leur proposer un entretien dès juillet.
J'ai fait cela, mais dites moi ce qu'il faut changer ou si vous avez d'autres idées ..

I am writing to inform you that we seek students with your profile to serve in our Pub. You will be engaged following a short maintenance which you will be able to carry out as of your arrival in London.

Quelques suggestions:

I am writing to inform you that we seek students with your profile to serve in our Pub. You will be hired following a short trial run which you will be able to carry out as soon as you get to London.

Oki merci beaucoup, juste quelquechose !! N'y a t-il pas autre chose pour eviter de répeter "I am writing ..." ??
