Voila j'ai essayé de traduire ce texte en anglais mais malheursement j'ai bien conscience du fait que c'est une vraie catastrophe car il y a plein de termes juridiques que je suis incapable de traduire ... j'espère que vous pourrez m'aider .

Plus de 4 000 plaintes ont été déposées dans le monde entier contre ce médicament que le groupe a fini par retirer de la vente en septembre 2004. Les procédures ont été lancées en Europe, au Caranda, au Brésil. Une centaine d'Australiens s'apprête aussi à déposer une class action, une plainte collective.

Les porte-parole de Merck, dont l'action a décroché de 7.73% à Wall Street vendredi, se disent confiants de pouvoir renverser cette condamnation en appel. 'après l'un des avocats du groupe, "il n'existe pas de preuve scientifique montrant que le Vioxx est responsable d'arythmies cardiaques dont une autopsie a montré qu'elles avaient causé la mort de M.Ernst". Le défenseur de la plaignante a estimé que le laboratoire s'était comporté de manière "indicible et abominable" en vendant du Vioxx plusieurs mois après avoir découvert que le médicament pouvait provoquer des problèmes de santé".

coucoun je n'ai pas relu le texte mais j'ai bien vu les mots en vers, étant plutôt du milieu bio, je peux te donner un coup de main pour:
arythmie, qui se dit arrhythmia ... tout simplement (heu attention à l'orthographe quand même! )
et "anti inflammatory" c'est bon
pour médicament vedette tu peux peut etre essayer "leading medication"... mais certains ici auront surement de meilleures idées...
